The Pickup People picks up eligible item’s residents bought online and need to return by mail, then takes them to the appropriate UPS, FedEx, or USPS location. We make online shopping returns conveniently easier for Jacksonville residents and communities.

Bring Pickup People to My Community

  • The Pickup People picks up ready-to-return packages from residents and takes them to the appropriate carrier or approved return location, so residents don’t have to make the trip themselves.

  • Schedule your pickup online, prepare and seal your return, then leave it at your door or designated community pickup area. We pick it up and handle the trip from there.

  • We can handle returns from any store or online retailer, as long as the package can be returned through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Yes. Your return must have the required shipping label, QR code, or return information ready before pickup.

  • No. The Pickup People focuses specifically on outbound returns. We do not operate package rooms or deliver incoming purchases to residents.

  • Yes, for regular community service. If The Pickup People isn’t available in your community yet, you can Request Service and tell us where you’d like us to expand.
